 Please read all of the information regarding your visit to the MRC as these guidelines will be followed to assure the safety of all clients and volunteers.

 
New for Clients
Clients can come to the MRC every 30 days to receive items
 
Hours
-Wednesdays – 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (Closed during holidays. 
                                           Please check facebook for any upcoming closings)
-2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month – 10:00 am – 12:00 Noon
 
 
Paperwork Requirements
-Photo ID for adult (Driver License, Passport or State Issued ID Card)
-ID with name and date of birth for each child you are getting items for
          (Birth Certificate, Passport, Insurance Card – if name and DOB are on the card)
-Proof of pregnancy from clinic or doctor giving due date if you are expecting.
-Clients can come to the MRC every 30 days to receive items
 

 Right to Refuse Service Policy

The MRC does not discriminate against race, religion or creed but does have the right to refuse service to any individual.
In order to maintain a high standard of service and provide a safe environment for volunteers and client families, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to clients.  Service may be denied to any client who acts inappropriately by disrupting the normal provision of services, or if a client’s behavior or environment threatens the safety of our volunteers or client families. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to: Unreasonable demands for services, Misrepresentation for the need of service, Personally threatening or offensive language, Threatening or erratic behavior, Inappropriate touching.

 

 

Any volunteer can exercise the right to refuse service when confronted by a client acting inappropriately or when facing an unsafe situation. They will notify the director of the situation immediately.
